It’s also one of Malin’s favorites: “The convenience is unbeatable — the meals show up at my door at the beginning of the week, and knowing all I need to do to cook dinner is pull the wrapper off a meal and warm it up makes my evenings totally stress-free," she says.

Also would be great if it had labels for common allergens and/or vegan labels, I have been quite successful at working out which meals are vegan but would be great not to have to do that.
“Definitely use the apps. Besides earning points to redeem food, they also always have deals (I’ve used the $3 off mobile order coupon on Wendys a couple of times), give you free birthday deals, and, for me, I tend to be wiser about choosing when I have time to look at the app rather than quickly ordering stuff in the drive-thru.
If you live near a Dutch Bros. and like their coffee, download their app to start earning rewards. It’s easy to collect points and cash them in for a free drink of your choice!
The meals also come in a small reusable bag that you can send back to the company instead of having to break down boxes every week. The meals come fresh and have a refrigerated shelf life of about four to seven days.
When it comes to meal prepping, deciding what to make is usually half the battle. Or perhaps you have your heart set on a specific recipe only to realize you just tossed the last of your ingredients. I like knowing that Greek yogurt with some fruit and bran mixed in is as complicated as breakfast has to be! There are plenty of recipes to choose from and you can easily change them if you don’t like the ones generated by the app. The combination of foods the app provides also prevents massive cravings. Things like multigrain toast with a mix of almond butter and honey gives my palette a bit of sweet and also satiates me so I don’t feel like I’m deprived. I don’t often write reviews, but felt that I needed to give credit where credit is due. The only downside to the app is that occasionally it glitches. If this review contains information you think would work for your lifestyle, I recommend it. Thanks!!!

“I was pleasantly surprised by how many HelloFresh meals fit my gluten-free and pescatarian diet, although you definitely have a lot more click here options if you don’t have dietary restrictions,” says Malin, who tried the service for a week. “Overall, cooking the meals was straightforward and the portion sizes were filling.”
